FalconPanda is a Kuwait-licensed business operating as a Commercial Agent and Commission Trader. We specialize in product sourcing, consultation services, and tourism solutions in China for clients across Kuwait and the Gulf region.

1. General Conditions

• All service and product orders are subject to confirmation by FalconPanda.

• We reserve the right to decline any service request or order if it doesn’t meet our business criteria or if pricing/logistics cannot be confirmed.

• By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

2. Cancellation & Modification Policy

For Tourism Services:

• Deposits are mandatory and non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 7 days of the booking date.

• You may cancel or modify your tourism package up to 7 days in advance, after which full or partial payment may be forfeited.

• After confirmation, any changes to flights, hotels, or tours are subject to availability and may incur extra charges.

For Product Orders:

• Order cancellations or modifications must be requested by email to contact@falconpandakw.com within 24 hours of placement.

• After 24 hours, changes may not be possible and may incur extra costs.

• Orders are considered final after confirmation and initial or full payment.

3. Booking & Payment Process

For Tourism Services:

Booking Steps:

1. Select the package that suits your needs.

2. Pay the required deposit.

3. Our team will contact you to gather details and finalize your plan.

4. After full payment, you’ll receive your confirmation via email and WhatsApp.

5. Our team remains available to assist you before and during your trip.

For Product Sourcing:

• All quotations are valid for a limited time and may change due to supplier costs, exchange rates, or shipping fees.

• After your approval, the quote becomes a binding invoice.

• Payment is due within 48 hours of invoice issuance.

• FalconPanda handles supplier payments and shipping arrangements on your behalf.

• Delay in payment may result in order cancellation or delayed shipment.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship using reliable logistics partners via:

  • Air Freight: 2–3 weeks (after payment)

  • Sea Freight: 35–55 days (after payment)

• Timeframes may vary due to customs or external delays. FalconPanda is not liable for delays outside of our control.

• A service fee applies for handling, consolidation, and logistics coordination.

5. Documentation & Modifications

• Standard shipping documents include invoice, packing list, and certificate of origin (if required).

• Changes to documents after shipment begins will incur a fee of $100–$300.

• Requesting original documents sent to Kuwait will incur a $60 courier fee.

6. Return & Refund Policy

• Returns are only accepted within 7 days of receiving the shipment and must be:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

• Customers bear the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged or defective.

• Some items are non-returnable, including used or opened products.

For Electronic Services (e.g., PDF guides, online plans):

• Digital products are non-refundable unless there’s a technical issue or a major discrepancy in content.

• Please report issues immediately for support.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

• We collect personal data such as your name, email, and shipping address only for service purposes.

• We do not share your data with third parties except where required for shipping or payments.

• We apply industry-standard measures to protect your data, though we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Inspection & Claims

• Upon receiving goods, clients must inspect and report issues within 15 days.

• Claims require photo or video proof sent to contact@falconpandakw.com.

• FalconPanda is not liable for transit damage unless shipping insurance was arranged beforehand.

9. Intellectual Property

• All brand names, designs, text, images, and digital content on FalconPanda’s platforms are our intellectual property.

• Any unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
