Terms & Conditions

All orders are subject to confirmation by FalconPanda.

If you wish to cancel or modify an order, you must contact us by email at  contact@falconpandakw.com within 24 hours of order placement.
After 24 hours, changes may not be possible and may incur extra costs.
Orders are considered final after confirmation and payment, and cannot be modified without approval.

Quotes & Payments

All quotations are valid for a limited time and may change due to supplier pricing, shipping fees, or exchange rate fluctuations.
Once approved, quotes become binding invoices.
Payment will be made through FalconPanda, and once we receive your payment, we will settle the supplier and shipping costs.
Payment must be made in full or with a down payment (as agreed) within 48 hours of invoice issuance.
Delay in payment may result in cancellation or delayed shipping.

Shipping & Delivery

We manage shipments through trusted logistics companies that we regularly work with.
You can choose from:

• Air Freight: Estimated arrival within 1–2 weeks.

• Sea Freight: Estimated arrival within 30–45 days.

Note: These timeframes start after payment is received and may vary due to customs or external factors. FalconPanda will not be held liable for delays outside of our control.
We charge a service fee on shipments for handling, consolidation, and logistics support.

Shipping Documents & Fees

All shipments include standard documents (invoice, packing list, and certificate of origin if required).
Modifying documents after shipment begins will incur a fee of $100–$300, depending on complexity.
If the buyer requests to receive original documents in Kuwait, a shipping fee of $60 will be added.

Return Policy

FalconPanda is committed to your satisfaction. If you find a product damaged or defective, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving the shipment.
Returns are accepted only if the product is unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged during shipping.
Non-returnable items include products that have been opened or used.

Electronic Products:
Electronic products such as PDF files are non-returnable after obtaining the book unless there is a discrepancy in the content or a technical issue with the product on our website.
If there is any content-related issue or technical error, please contact us immediately for assistance.

Inspection & Claims

Upon receiving goods, the client has 15 days to inspect and report any damage or issues.
Claims must include photo/video evidence and be submitted to contact@falconpandakw.com.
FalconPanda is not liable for damage caused during shipping unless prior insurance or agreements are in place.
